   She is a loving daughter of Mr. Santiago T. Vizcarra Jr. a dedicated businessman. Mrs. Conception Vizcarra is an admin officer IV at provincial accounting office at Provincial Capitol . She has 3 siblings Jasmine V. Tiongson working at Singapore as a registered nurse, Jamaica V. Vizcarra an instructor of collage of teacher education at University of Northern of Philippine, Jenalyn Vizcarra a licensed architect.

         She married chief lojstics BFP  at Provincial headquarters no other than SFO2 Ian C. Alonzo. She has a cute little son named Joaquin Iinigo V. Alonzo grade 2 student at St. Paul Collage Ilocos Sur.

           Studied at St. Paul Collage of Ilocos Sur in Primary .She is a former student here at  Ilocos Sur National High School, Special Science class school year 2000. Graduated from University of Northefn Philippines at Tamag Vigan City with the degree of Bachelor of Secondary Education major in English in 2004 . She also took Masteral degree master of ARB in teaching English in year 2008 and her doctorate degree Doctor of Education major in Educational Management in year 2015.
        She garnered many achievement like bigueno teacher of the year (Secondary Level ) at year 2018. Most outstanding teacher, Vigan City Division (Secondary Ary Level ) at year 2018. Notary Club most outstanding teacher (National Level Search ) year 2015. Winning coach feature writing division and regional levels.

     She is now master teacher I, subject group head, Humanities in Social Sciences here at Ilocos Sur National High School. She is Dr. Janice V. Alonzo
