Bill Gates attended Seattle’s View Ridge Elementary, He was in 4th Grade, He was Desperately trying to be unnoticed, Because he has some deficits, Like bad handwriting, and He’s trying to hide that he likes reading. Because he thinks that for some, this not cool. Mrs. Caffiere a School Librarian Teacher helped Bill Gates, She motivated him, to boost up his confidence.

Bill credited Mrs. Caffiere for helping Him, For encouraging him to explore through his introspective Questions, Such as What he likes to read and why. Mrs. Caffiere challenged Bill, She let him read Books and ask him what he has read and what he learned.

In 2006, after reaching her 100th Birthday, Mrs. Blanche Caffiere sadly passed away, but not before Gates thanked Mrs. Caffiere for her lasting love and curiosity he had on his life.
