TEACHER’S STORY
I. SUMMARY
Many years ago, an elementary teacher named
Mrs. Thompson taught grade 5 students. She mentioned that she love her students
equally. But a clumsy and messy young boy named Teddy caught her attention. She
always giving Teddy’s papers a big “F” and red marks.
One day, she reviewed the profile of her
students and as usual she put Teddy’ s record at the back. A minutes later, she
came up with Teddy’s profile and found out his tragic history. Teddy was a
jolly person and a genius one, but his mother died so came up with that
situation. Mrs. Thompson was ashamed on what had done.
Christmas season arrived, Mrs. Thompson
felt even worst when she received Teddy’s present. It was a rhinestone bracelet
with missing stone and a quarter full of perfume wrapped with a brown paper.
She put on the bracelet and sprayed the perfume on her wrist. Teddy mentioned
that she smells like her mother used to be. As time passed, Teddy became one of
the smartest students she has.
Years passed, Mrs. Thompson received three
letters from Teddy and it was stated there the achievements he attained and
Mrs. Thompson was the best teacher he ever known.
In the end, the fourth letter arrived and
it was an invitation of his wedding. They met each other and greeted each other
with warm greetings.
