The Carat-weight, Color, Clarity, and the Cut, and the most important C of all is the Confidence. Confidence is found in the form of an accurate diamond. Just like Ma’am Janice she has a quality and value of her like the five quality of a diamond.

Carat-weight- she has the ability to balance and measure her time for her work and also for her family and she know how to value of it.

Color- she has the appearance of a good woman and also a great teacher.

Clarity- she has the quality of being clear.

Cut- she is a type of a person that is strong.
